I did my walking today and did one leg. I'm glad to have done it this a.m. as it poured all day. I know ...three days in and already I didn't accomplish what I said I would attempt to do. I know I failed and I'll try back again tomorrow to set out three times:)
My eating was really off and I'm really screwed up in that department. I need to start really taking a hard look at what I am doing and my reactions in general.
I have to do the two together to become successful. So I need to remember this:
TODAY>
exercise :20 minutes - 10 minutes in one direction then turned around and walked back.
eating: bad news.\better time tomorrow!
